I agree to pay a minimum $70 diagnostic/estimate fee if I decline to proceed with repair after receiving service estimate. I understand this fee is Not Refundable and Does Not apply to Complete Repairs. Payment for Service and /or Pickup/Delivery services are due before the return of the unit. I further agree that Pillar Equipment is not responsible for loss or damage to said machinery from fire, theft or other causes while the machinery is in-house for storage, sale, repair or while field testing.
**All service items dropped off by the owner must be picked up by the owner within 10 days notification of service completion. Units left on premises beyond 30 days will be charged a $10 per day storage fee or sold at the discretion of the service center.**
